Antique nielloed silver bracelet from the Laccadive Islands, now Lakshadweep, an archipelago off the southwestern coast of India. It consists of two semicircular sections joined at both ends by removable threaded pins. The niello decoration combines geometric borders and stylized foliage, punctuated by applied hemispherical bosses. Dating from the first half of the 20th century or earlier.
This bracelet does not open easily, an assistant may be necessary :)
