Female temporal ornament of the MNAJECH WESH type, coastal Tunisia, attributable to Mahdia or Djerba, first half of the 20th century. Partially gilded silver with polychrome enamel decoration and raised bezel-set glass cabochons. Constructed in superimposed registers connected by multiple chain strands with conical pendants. Openwork KHAMSA terminal. Ornament fixed to the veil and worn singly on the left temple.
