Open rigid silver cuff with partial fire gilding, centered with an oval carnelian cabochon set in a closed bezel. Two additional carnelian cabochons are mounted symmetrically on the shoulders.
The central field features engraved and gilded stylized scroll motifs arranged along a strict axial symmetry. Upper and lower borders are reinforced with applied twisted wire, a recurrent technical feature in Turkmen silversmithing. Plain interior.
This bracelet belongs to the Turkmen female adornment tradition, characterized by the strong contrast between high-grade silver, partial gilding, and red carnelian, typical of Central Asian tribal production of the 20th century.
Even patina; wear consistent with age.
